Century | Urban acts as the strategic development and financial advisor on the proposed mixed-used development project known as Mission | Rock located just south of AT&T Park in San Francisco’s fast-growing Mission Bay neighborhood.  The firm has direct responsibility for project-level underwriting, financial structuring, assessing project feasibility, and providing economic analysis to support the public-private partnership (PPP) structure.  The firm also works directly with project architects, engineers, general contractors and other consultants to maximize the project’s economics and design to ensure the construction of a high-profile, world-class development along the San Francisco Bay.  Century | Urban also assists with the parking facilities which may consist of up to a ten-story parking structure.
