Cameron sardi, financial analyst, advisory & Asset Management

Cameron Sardi is responsible for performing analytical, asset management and advisory functions for Century | Urban. Cameron’s primary responsibilities include providing analytical support to the firm’s advisory clients, financial underwriting and conducting market research to evaluate a project’s economic feasibility. Cameron is responsible for performing acquisition underwriting on new office, industrial, residential, hotel and mixed-use assets in the surrounding Bay Area and Western United States. This includes conducting asset level due diligence, conducting market research to determine risk-adjusted returns, validation of market rents, operating expenses and development budgets, along with preparing annual cash flow statements and joint venture return sensitivity analysis.

Prior to joining Century | Urban, Cameron worked as a valuation advisor at The Property Sciences Group, Inc. as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst providing financial analyses, valuations, and written appraisal reports on select commercial real estate assets for clients that included lenders, private parties, and government agencies. 

Cameron graduated cum laude from San Francisco State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance.  While at San Francisco State University, Cameron received the David G. Hysinger Exemplary Student Award presented by BOMA San Francisco.
